📋 Description

• Own resource planning and allocation for the Experience Strategy & Design team.
• Match project needs with skills, availability, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Heads of Experience Strategy & Design and teams on staffing.
• Identify resource gaps, overbooking and delivery risks; manage holidays and approvals.
• Support improvements to resourcing processes and planning routines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in resource management, staffing, or project management.
• Strong planning, capacity, forecasting, and prioritization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fluent English.
• Experience in agency/consultancy or project-based settings is an advantage.
• Ability to balance business needs with team capacity.
• Willing to work onsite from Copenhagen office.
