Marketing Manager - LATAM at AMBOSS

📋 Description
- Develop understanding of LATAM markets, exams, education structures, and student/physician differences
- Adapt global messaging to local cultural/linguistic contexts for regional relevance
- Plan and execute multichannel campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using data to improve acquisition, activation, retention
- Own end-to-end project management and collaborate with global teams across LATAM
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in LATAM
- Strong multichannel marketing experience (CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media), LATAM channels (Meta, WhatsApp)
- Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies with positioning and localized messaging
- Analytical mindset; able to design and execute initiatives with limited data
- Strategic and operational; drive to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable partner; proactive in finding solutions and improvements
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
