Join AI Squad as second AI Engineer, collaborate with 1 peer AI Engineer, 1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, and 4 Full-Stack Developers.
Own the technical strategy for AI features while collaborating with product, design, and engineering.
Ship AI features from prototype to production, powering thousands of users monthly.
Examples include: Catalog Companion (bulk catalog ops), Smart Search (conversational search), Conversational BI, AI Course & Question Generation, Content Recommendations.
Scale architecture, reduce costs, improve latency, and handle spikes.
Make architectural decisions as we scale from 5 to 10+ features and prototype new modalities.

2 years of experience taking GenAI/LLM-powered systems from prototype to long-term production deployment.
Strong Python with clean, maintainable production code.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) and managing token costs, latency, reliability, and hallucinations.
Familiarity with search capabilities, RAG, semantic search, and vector databases.
Experience with LLM observability tools (Langfuse or similar) and model evaluation.
Solid ML fundamentals (evaluation, experimentation, model lifecycle).
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
