📋 Description
- Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.
- Primary assignments include automotive retail marketing for Ford dealer groups.
- Possible travel and presenting to dealer groups or production on location.
- Ensures all work is high quality and drives behavior change with disruptive ideas.
- Works with Account & Production teams to create effective marketing themes.
- Maintains high copywriting standards to strengthen client relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience as a full-time copywriter in a full-service advertising agency.
- Experience with multicultural advertising and growth audiences.
- Experience across digital/social, TV, print, and direct marketing.
- Excellent command of Spanish and English with solid grammar.
- Strong branding and conceptual development skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
