📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-stream transformation programme
• Establish and maintain integrated programme plans aligned to priorities
• Drive programme governance with Steering Committees and executive reporting
• Central point of accountability for delivery, risks and health
• Lead the change and adoption strategy across the programme
• Own operational readiness, cutover and transition planning

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong track record managing multi-stream delivery and third-party suppliers
• Deep organisational change management and transformation delivery capability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior and frontline influence
• Strong executive communication and reporting skills
• Experience operating in fast-paced, operational or regulated environments
