• Be the backbone of people operations across Australia and globally
• Manage systems, processes and compliance across the org

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in people operations or HR with Australian employment law knowledge
• Manage end-to-end employment lifecycle across multiple countries
• Proficient with HRIS platforms; HiBob experience a bonus
• Experience with employment compliance and statutory reporting (WGEA)
• Advise managers on employee relations with empathy and good judgement
• Lead annual people cycles: performance, compensation, workforce planning
