• Oversee core People Operations team based in Riga and Lisbon.
• Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

• Senior People/HR Ops experience in global multi-site environments.
• Operational excellence mindset with process design focus.
• Strong data, HRIS (ideally Hibob) and analytics skills.
• Compliance knowledge across jurisdictions and audits coordination.
• Immigration and internal mobility experience.
• Collaborative leader who partners with Finance, TA and the wider business.
