Lead User Experience Designer at 3Pillar Global

📋 Description

• Work independently on engagements without a UX Lead
• Guide 1-2 3Pillar UX designers on larger engagements
• Lead UX rituals/meetings when no UX Lead is present
• Ensure the UX team understands product vision, goals, values, and users
• Present and explain design decisions to client stakeholders
• Set up and manage engagement tools (Figma, FigJam, etc)

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of client-facing UX experience
• At least 3 years of consulting experience
• Expertise with complex digital products and business logic
• Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams/executives
• Strong problem solving and hands-on mentality
• Experience facilitating workshops
