- Experience: 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales.
- Resourcefulness & Hustle: figure things out; cold calls and site visits.
- Financial Acumen: discuss budgets/ROI and defend pricing.
- Attentiveness & Organization: CRM hygiene and listening to customers.
- AI-Forward Mindset: leverage AI to analyze transcripts, personalize outreach, summarize notes, and automate CRM tasks.
