- Build deep client relationships to drive retention and trust.
- Guide onboarding, adoption, and ongoing optimization for success.
- Provide expert technical support across Kochava's product suite.
- Navig ate privacy rules (ATT, SKAdNetwork, GDPR/CCPA) and translate to action.
- Explain complex measurement to marketing, engineering, analytics, and executives.
- Troubleshoot client issues with urgency and document resolutions.
🎯 Requirements
- BS or BA degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in Account Management/Client Success/Technical Support (SaaS/AdTech/MarTech).
- Foundational mobile measurement, attribution, and digital ad ecosystems understanding.
- Working knowledge of iOS/Android, SDKs, app ecosystems; Excel/SQL; BI tools a plus.
- Privacy-focused; experience with DMPs/CDPs or data clean rooms a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; able to manage multiple accounts and present to executives.
