📋 Description

• Lead capital markets, financing, and M&A execution
• Draft S-1 and prepare IPO materials; investor storytelling
• Optimize leverage, liquidity, and interest rate exposure
• Define FX strategy to mitigate risk; support global ops
• Manage investment banking relationships with CFO
• Own external investor materials and presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 yrs in IB, PE, or corporate dev with M&A and modeling
• Capital markets experience; equity/debt financing; IPO prep; S-1 drafting
• Strong external communicator; investor materials; clear exec narratives
• Trusted partner to senior leadership; cross-functional collaboration
• Highly autonomous and accountable; drives idea to execution
• Based in NYC (or willing to relocate); in-office Tue-Thu at SoHo
