📋 Description
- Develop and own models to define business performance from lead gen to churn.
- Identify friction points and growth levers across the prospect journey.
- Lead Sales compensation strategy, plan-building and analytics.
- Drive revenue planning: annual/quarterly planning, territory and quotas.
- Forecast monthly results and pipeline reviews for global businesses.
- Establish KPIs for the revenue org and oversee incentive plans.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in analytical/strategic roles with 4+ years in leadership in B2B SaaS.
- Salesforce expertise and advanced Excel.
- BI tools (Tableau) and SQL; data warehousing knowledge.
- Strong statistical forecasting and SaaS metrics knowledge.
- Strategic thinker who translates data into strategy.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
