Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead development and implement a diversified revenue strategy aligned with priorities.
- Increase non-government funding sources to 50% of revenue by FY2028.
- Develop mission-aligned corporate partnerships via CSR, ESG, sponsorship.
- Secure and steward strategic partnerships generating revenue and impact.
- Identify revenue opportunities across corporate, philanthropic, and public funding.
- Identify earned revenue opportunities like licensing and fees.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-10+ years in strategic partnerships or related fields in non-profit/CSR.
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Admin; MBA asset.
- Proven success securing and growing mission-aligned partnerships.
- Experience with corporate CSR, ESG, sponsorship, or community investment teams.
- Experience supporting philanthropic, foundation, major gifts, or grant development.
- Experience engaging senior corporate, foundation, or cross-sector stakeholders.
