📋 Description

  • Own executive anchor relationship; drive scorecard above benchmark; zero churn.
  • Grow revenue; multi-year growth plans; renewals; cross-sell to signed value.
  • Develop a multi-site pipeline; lead long-cycle deals; maintain CRM discipline.
  • Lead the team of Account Managers and Directors; set KPIs; build scalable playbooks.
  • Own the P&L; manage revenue and margins; collaborate with finance on forecasting and deal economics.
  • Coordinate with operations, service delivery, and finance to ensure end-to-end client experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategic/national accounts or enterprise leadership.
  • Proven track record growing multi-site B2B portfolios and long-cycle wins.
  • Executive presence with C-suite and VP Real Estate relationships.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing account teams; influence in a matrix org.
  • Strong commercial acumen: P&L, margins, forecasting, and deal economics.
  • KPI-driven with disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
