📋 Description

• Monitor inbound/outbound freight; optimize trailer space.
• Coordinate weekly calls with freight forwarders for inbound ocean/air freight.
• Review and approve carrier invoices; maintain inbound reports daily.
• Ensure compliance with routing guides; work with carriers and suppliers.
• Manage international air cargo: quoting, shipping, monitoring.
• Maintain KPI reports (Freight-In/Out) and resolve mis-ships/claims.

🎯 Requirements

• BACHELOR’S DEGREE: Comercio Exterior y Aduanas, LAE, or similar
• ENGLISH LEVEL: 90%
• SKILLS: SAP; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); parcel, LTL, FTL
• Experience with ocean and air cargo
