• Own data movement from platform to users and enable self-service.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Analytics Engineer or hybrid data role.
• Strong dbt and warehouse modeling with BigQuery.
• End-to-end data products ownership: define, ship, adopt.
• Product mindset: start from user problems, not only SQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-data stakeholders.
• Nice-to-have: AI tooling fluency and healthcare domain exposure.
