As an Account Executive (Regional Sales Manager), youâll be a key player on our global sales team. Varicent solves the #1 challenge for every CEO: Inspiring Performance. Our industryâleading Sales Performance Management platform helps organizations increase revenue, optimize compensation, and elevate employee engagement.
Weâre looking for a resourceful, driven, resultsâoriented enterprise sales pro whoâs ready to shape strategy, influence outcomes, and make a measurable impact. Youâll collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, partner crossâfunctionally, and help scale a winning sales engine.

⢠Build and execute a highâimpact prospecting strategy with Business Development
⢠Identify ideal customers across your region
⢠Develop strategic sales plans with Sales Leadership
⢠Lead successful sales campaigns that deeply understand customer needs
⢠Manage pricing and contract negotiations with Varicent leadership and clients

⢠Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
⢠5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience with quotaâcarrying success
⢠Strong track record selling to Câsuite leaders in SaaS environments
⢠Confidence managing highâvolume pipelines in fastâchanging conditions
⢠Curiosity and interest in ICM, CRM, and SaaS â youâll quickly become a subjectâmatter expert
⢠Hustle, grit, entrepreneurial drive, customer obsession, and deep sales expertise
