Senior Manager, Cloud Operations at Conga

📋 Description

• Lead and grow DevOps/platform engineers across geographies.
• Own reliability, scalability, and security of Conga's AWS infra.
• Drive CI/CD strategy and safe deployments.
• Define and enforce change management standards: approvals, release windows, rollback, validation.
• Build observability stack: monitoring, alerts, dashboards; SLOs/SLIs; on-call.
• Partner with Security to harden infra and ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE in SaaS; 3+ years leading teams.
• Deep AWS (EKS/EC2/S3/RDS/IAM) and Kubernetes; operate EKS.
• CI/CD pipelines; IaC with Terraform/CloudFormation/Pulumi.
• Change management and incident discipline; post-mortems.
• Observability: monitoring, alerting, logging; SLOs/SLIs; on-call.
• Security-minded; SOC 2/PCI/HIPAA; secrets management; remediation.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
