- Build and scale a high-performing local sales team in Germany.
- Recruit, develop and retain top sales talent.
- Coach and empower the team to deliver first-class service to Partners.
- Establish partnerships with salon chains and multi-site operators using competitor software.
- Develop and execute regional and country-level sales strategies for Germany.
- Drive the full sales cycle and provide accurate reporting and forecast.
- Create and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- SaaS/B2B leadership across multiple locations.
- Experience across Pre-sales, Inside Sales, BDM and AM.
- Proven track record delivering targets and KPIs.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Analytical and data-driven with strong quantitative skills.
- Strong relationships and ability to influence upwards.
- Self-starter and proactive in dynamic settings.
