Job Description
To succeed in this position, we need someone who can operate with urgency while staying organized and professional. You’ll be the go-to person when time matters most, keeping the flow of information accurate and decision-ready.
- Experience in logistics, trucking, or freight brokerage (preferred, but not required)
- Strong Spanish and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think fast during urgent situations
- Detail-oriented approach—careful documentation and no missed updates
- Comfortable with a 7-day-a-week schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (CST)
- Tech-savvy mindset; experience with TMS, ELD, or similar tools is a plus
- Strong ownership and reliability during after-hours coverage
- Clear, respectful communication with drivers, carriers, internal teams, and customers
