📋 Description

• Develop external Managed Database products (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Caching, Kafka, OpenSearch, MongoDB).
• Subject-matter expert on MySQL; advise on performance and admin issues.
• Design scalable and resilient backend services for database lifecycle management.
• Own end-to-end technical solutions from design to production.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and teams.
• Mentor and guide mid-level and junior engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in fast-paced, agile product development.
• 5+ years as a MySQL SME.
• Strong knowledge of microservices with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Track record building and maintaining large distributed systems.
• Experience with resilience engineering, fault tolerance, and failure domains for databases.
• Experience with concurrency patterns in Go.
