📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end renewal process for existing customer accounts.
• Lead renewals across Enterprise and Channel customers.
• Build and maintain relationships; address renewal concerns before expiry.
• Identify renewal risks early and plan mitigation with internal partners.
• Analyze renewal trends and license usage to inform conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and GTM for a positive renewal experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in renewals or related customer-facing role in software.
• Understanding of SaaS models, recurring revenue, and retention.
• Experience managing renewal conversations and contracts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools; plus AI tools.
