📋 Description

• Continuously iterate on our platform, building self-service tooling for internal teams.
• Improve observability, availability, security, and latency to keep customers happy.
• Participate in on-call, caring for the services owned by the team.
• Define and continuously improve SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs for operational excellence.
• Help engineering teams adopt site reliability practices.
