📋 Description

• Lead five product teams: Pipelines, Test Engine, Packages, Agents & Compute, Releases.
• Report to the CTO; drive delivery pace, quality, and customer impact.
• Think in outcomes; push boundaries and ship exceptional products.
• Own velocity, quality, reliability across all product teams.
• Coach engineering managers and senior ICs; grow staff engineers.
• Translate strategy into delivery; balance scope, speed, quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven leadership scaling product engineering orgs; manage managers.
• Delivered across multiple product lines with small teams; strong prioritization.
• Hands-on technical credibility; read code; strong architectural judgment.
• Comfortable with RoR, React, GraphQL, Go, PostgreSQL at scale.
• Data-driven, clear communicator; lead distributed teams (AU/NZ, US Pacific).
• References available; able to sponsor and coach engineers.
