📋 Description

• Ensure tools and consumables are ready for each project
• Calibrate and maintain fusion splicer equipment
• Enforce OHS standards and PPE
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions
• Manage daily schedules and allocations for project work
• Supervise day-to-day operations across builds

🎯 Requirements

• Skills in design tools e.g. QGIS, Autocad, Visio, Mapinfo, ENE
• Supervisory or management experience
• Adaptable with minimal supervision
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of physical construction requirements
• Knowledgeable in telecommunications system design
• Knowledgeable in inside plant and outside plant passive optical networks (or similar)
• Strong documentation skills with Google Suites or MS Office
