Job Description
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 4 - 6 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Communication: Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is optional).
- Based in Latam mainly Brasil, Guatemala, Argentina, Colombia
