Advanced AV Installation Technician at NewEraTech

📋 Description

• Install, configure, commission, and service professional AV systems across commercial environments.
• Lead onsite crews and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, rack elevations, and signal flow drawings.
• Perform custom fabrication and termination of CAT6, fiber, and related cabling.
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems during installation and post-deployment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and exceptional customer service on projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional AV installation experience.
• Proven experience leading installation crews or as a lead technician.
• Strong knowledge of audio, video, and control systems; AV signal flow.
• Experience with professional rack fabrication and structured cabling.
• Valid and current driver's license.
• CTS or CTS-I certification.
