📋 Description

• Own product strategy and delivery for Jama Connect core area.
• Define and evolve the roadmap balancing customer needs, revenue, and constraints.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction and actionable work.
• Make and communicate tradeoff decisions with minimal guidance.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to scope, iterate, and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Ground product decisions in customer value, market opportunity, and business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong PM experience, including Senior PM in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong product strategy beyond feature delivery or backlog.
• Demonstrated success translating customer needs, commercial inputs, GTM signals into strategy/roadmap.
• Direct enterprise customer engagement, including discovery, validation, exec stakeholder conversations.
• Deep understanding of market-facing practices: win/loss, GTM, commercial framing, prioritization.
• Strong commercial product judgment: adoption, revenue impact, differentiation, value.
