📋 Description

• Own end-to-end A/P in P2P; review bills and vendor requests.
• Code bills into NetSuite AP with project tagging; manage vendor setup.
• Pay bills on time in weekly AP run with approvals.
• Review OpEx vs budgets; perform monthly Budgets vs Actuals by category.
• Support cash flow tracking and month-end close; bank recs and journal entries.
• Collaborate with Production Accounting on project status, billbacks, and reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 5 years accounting experience (entertainment preferred)
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
• ERP experience (NetSuite, Greenslate, Ramp) or equivalent
• US GAAP knowledge
• Strong communication, detail-oriented, proactive team player
