📋 Description
- Own member engagement strategy across channels, including telemarketing and live agent outreach.
- Design end-to-end engagement journeys to improve activation and follow-through.
- Build segmentation, messaging, and channel strategies for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA populations.
- Partner with Analytics, ML/AI, and operations to improve targeting and reporting for telemarketing performance.
- Help shape predictive models and ML-driven recommendations to prioritize outreach and improve targeting.
- Lead A/B testing and optimization across messaging, scripts, timing, and channel mix.
🎯 Requirements
- 6-10+ years in healthcare marketing or member engagement strategy.
- Experience designing engagement programs in payer/health plan environments.
- Deep understanding of member behavior in regulated, high-friction journeys.
- Telemarketing or live agent engagement experience driving conversions.
- Strong marketer with judgment on messaging, testing, and performance.
- Experience partnering with analytics/ML teams to improve targeting.
