LTL Operations Specialist at CloudTrucks

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments, including pickups and deliveries
• Track and trace shipments; provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Monitor shipment performance and resolve service failures proactively
• Resolve delays, damages, or lost freight promptly
• Ensure accurate documentation (bills of lading, POD, inspection documents)
• Audit carrier invoices for accuracy and dispute discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in LTL freight, logistics, or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of LTL carrier networks, pricing, and service levels
• Proficiency with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Google Workspace
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills; present data to senior leadership clearly
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
