📋 Description

• Develop and manage a portfolio of large, complex real estate relationships.
• Market bank services and negotiate loan terms within authority.
• Prepare and present credit analyses and recommendations.
• Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance and monitor risk.
• Monitor credits through periodic reviews and analysis.
• Promote Banner Bank through community activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, CS or related field.
• 8+ years CRE lending, credit analysis, and business development.
• Home builder finance experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build and manage large CRE relationships; travel up to 20%.
• In-depth understanding of local real estate markets.
• Knowledge of cash management products and lending regulations.
