📋 Description

• Lead modeling, coordination, and documentation quality
• Deliver modeling, drawings, and early engineering work
• Maintain model health and TEECOM BIM standards
• Manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Lead or support coordination meetings with notes
• Guide Designer I and II and refine workflows

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field (Electrical preferred)
• 4+ years in AEC with Revit, coordination, and docs
• Experience delivering telecom/ICT, AV, or security system designs
• BIM coordination leadership; clash detection and cross-discipline resolution
• Advanced Revit; Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub
• Industry certifications preferred: EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP, PE
