- Own marketing across product marketing, content, demand gen, lifecycle, events
- Translate product into fintech story with messaging and collateral
- Run launches end to end with cross-functional teams
- Build content engine: technical posts, stories, POVs; editorial calendar
- Run demand programs: paid, organic, ABM, partner channels
- Own events and manage agencies, freelancers, and vendors
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B marketing in infra/fintech/dev-tools
- Strong writer; produce customer stories, launches, and social copy
- Comfortable with technical products; explain stablecoins and payments workflows
- Able to ship fast; deliver a clean V1 this week
- Data-driven; set up dashboards; collaborate with sales/ops
- Thrives in a small, fast team; first marketer
