Implementation Engineer at BoldMetrics

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients using the Smart Size Chart.
• Translate client needs into Bold Metrics setup, including size chart mapping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues across data and frontend.
• Collaborate with engineering/product to improve workflows.
• Serve as technical partner to clients, guiding best practices and optimization.
• Identify onboarding improvements and enhance documentation.
• Develop knowledge of products and client integrations to support teams.
• Partner with clients on expansion and ongoing support.
• QA support by validating new features, site implementations and fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
• Strong English skills, written and spoken (international clients)
• 3–5 years in technical implementation or solutions engineering
• Comfortable with JavaScript, APIs, JSON, and web technologies
• Experience with React
• Experience with product data, spreadsheets, or data mapping workflows
• Strong problem-solving and independent debugging
• Excellent communication to explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders
