- Clarify goals, timeline, and tradeoffs with homeowners
- Match homeowners with contractors by project type, geography, and budget
- Orchestrate bid sourcing and maintain momentum across stakeholders
- Drive pipeline and GMV with weekly conversion accountability
🎯 Requirements
- Based in Phoenix or Scottsdale, AZ
- 2–5 years in full-cycle sales or consultative advisory
- Strong commercial instincts; move customers to action
- High EQ to support homeowners during complex decisions
- Structured data capture, CRM hygiene, and process discipline
- Tech fluency with CRM, Gong, and AI workflows
