📋 Description
- 80% of time embedded with client accounts (Zoom or on-site) to drive strategy.
- Translate customer feedback into internal product requirements for scalable products.
- Define and propose tailored solutions and POCs using Agents (Codex, Claude Code).
- Lead onboarding and implementation: workflows, latency benchmarks, API integration.
- Act as trusted technical advisor to customers, shaping their AI strategy.
- Oversee OneSchema roadmap and ensure it reflects customer needs.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong technical background (CS/EECE) or technical PM experience.
- Familiar with LLMs, fine-tuning, model inference, agents.
- 2-5+ years of product experience for software engineers.
- Strong customer interaction skills and customer success focus.
- Ability to explain highly technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Focus on outcomes and solving complex customer problems.
