Operations Manager at Hivemind Capital

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end operational lifecycle for trading and investments.
• Maintain reconciliation between trading activity and back-office records.
• Implement and maintain PMS, tooling, and reporting to improve efficiency.
• Support PnL attribution, exposure tracking, and risk monitoring.
• Lead and support transactions and fund movement across venues, incl. DeFi.
• Lead onboarding of counterparties including prime brokers, exchanges, custodians.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in middle/back office or trading ops at hedge funds.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle across markets.
• Experience reconciling positions, cash, and activity.
• Familiarity with equities, derivatives, digital assets, and treasury.
• Experience processing crypto trades on-exchange and onchain; DeFi.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
