Data Consultant - Customer Success at Count
Job Description
📋 Description
- Nurture existing customers and identify value opportunities.
- Conduct demos, nurture relationships, and run proofs of concepts.
- Lead commercial conversations for renewals, expansions, and upsell.
- Guide onboarding and technically implement Count for new customers.
- Design analytical and agentic solutions to improve workflows.
- Collect feedback and advocate customer needs with internal teams.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong analytical experience with SQL (Python a bonus)
- Customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, support, or training
- Comfortable in commercial conversations, renewals, expansions, or value conversations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build rapport
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
