📋 Description

• Own the core product configuration: workflows, rules, data models, screens
• Extract configuration from client deployments into the base product
• Keep base configuration coherent as modules evolve
• Define templating vs configurability vs customer-specific decisions
• Build and maintain product templates for target operating models
• Collaborate with PM/PO/QA/Engineering to test and document config

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience configuring a complex SaaS or enterprise platform
• Strong product instinct for what to template vs customer-specific
• Ability to own Specifications, acceptance criteria and test definitions
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with product, QA and engineering
• Solid understanding of P&C commercial insurance and London Market basics
• Comfort with APIs, integration patterns and data mapping
