- Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within the Czech mid-market and SME segments to drive rapid market entry
- Execute a high-velocity outbound sales strategy using cold calling, email sequencing, and social selling to build a sustainable pipeline
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial discovery and stakeholder engagement to contract negotiation and go-live support
- Present the technical and commercial value of Mollie’s omnichannel offering, focusing on localized payment methods and seamless API integration
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Partner Managers to deliver tailored pitches that solve complex merchant pain points
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline to ensure data accuracy and transparent pipeline forecasting
🎯 Requirements
- Native fluency in Czech and strong professional English are essential for this role
- 3 to 5 years of commercial sales experience with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or fintech environments
- A self-motivated "hunter" mindset with a relentless focus on outbound prospection and revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the Czech e-commerce ecosystem, including local payment trends and competitor landscapes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to C-level stakeholders, IT managers, and finance leads
- Experience using Salesforce or Hubspot to manage high-activity sales cycles and track performance metrics
