Senior Analyst - HR Operations at Netradyne

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all procedures are followed promptly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to customize onboarding plans based on departmental needs and roles.
• Develop, implement, and update onboarding materials, including training presentations and handbooks.
• Coordinate orientation sessions for new employees, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and comprehensive introduction to the company culture.
• Act as a first point of contact for new hires, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
• Measure the effectiveness of onboarding programs through surveys and feedback and suggest improvements based on the results.
• Work closely with IT and facilities management to ensure that new hires have the necessary equipment and workspace prepared before their start date.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 6-8 years in HR operations or onboarding roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office; data analysis skills.
• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented; multitask.
• Empathetic, positive, and able to foster good onboarding culture.
