📋 Description
- Work with senior leadership to scale and optimise UK marketplace business.
- Own execution and performance of promotions, pricing, merchandising, and marketing across marketplace platforms.
- Monitor marketplace performance daily; troubleshoot issues and improve growth.
- Build trackers, forecasting models, and weekly business reviews.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on promotions, pricing, customer behaviour, performance.
- Support commercial partnerships and optimise joint investments.
🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years in startup/consulting/finance/ecommerce/commercial roles.
- Natural problem-solver with bias for action and flexible mindset.
- Strong analytical skills; translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and collaboration; influence diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading strategic planning and reporting to leadership.
- Commercial acumen; experience with partnerships or growth initiatives.
