🎯 Requirements
- APA in General Insurance or Insurance Product Advice.
- 5+ years' experience in health insurance sales or employee benefits.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of health insurance landscape in Ireland/UK/EEA.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes, pricing analyses and proposals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
