• Own end-to-end hiring for Application Engineering and tech roles in Portugal
• Partner with senior Engineering and Product stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
• Bring structure to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning

• Take ownership of large tech hiring projects with leadership
• Enhance AI-enabled recruiting with automation and data-driven workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in-house recruiting with focus on tech hiring
• Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
• End-to-end ownership of complex tech searches (high-volume evergreen or senior)
• Strong project ownership; independent; unblock blockers
• Comfortable using recruiting data, pipeline analysis, and market insights
• Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
