- Own end-to-end hiring for Application Engineering and tech roles in Portugal
- Partner with senior Engineering and Product stakeholders to shape hiring strategy
- Bring structure to tech intake, calibration, and pipeline planning
- Proactively identify and fix blockers in tech hiring
- Take ownership of large tech hiring projects with leadership
- Enhance AI-enabled recruiting with automation and data-driven workflows
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in-house recruiting with focus on tech hiring
- Proven ability to engage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- End-to-end ownership of complex tech searches (high-volume evergreen or senior)
- Strong project ownership; independent; unblock blockers
- Comfortable using recruiting data, pipeline analysis, and market insights
- Demonstrated ability to build structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
