• Hands-on with pylint/flake8/mypy/SonarQube and CI/CD.
• Clear testing philosophy; articulate test trade-offs.
• Proficient in a second language; JS/Node.js asset.
• Systematic debugging to isolate, reproduce, resolve issues.
