- Role focuses on daily benefits admin, wellness, and mobility ops.
- Supports Global Mobility & Benefits Manager.
- Ensures compliant benefits admin and vendor coordination.
- Collaborates with People Analytics and HR Systems teams.
- Drives reporting, process improvement, and service excellence.
- Reports to Shared Services Manager – Global Mobility & Benefits.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, BA, or related field.
- Certified HR Practitioner in Kenya (CHRP(K)) and IHRM member.
- 4–5 years in HR ops, benefits, mobility, shared services, or HR reporting.
- Knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, WIBA 2007, and DOSH.
- Experience with HRIS (HiBob) and Freshservice.
- Excel, data analysis, and ERP (MS Dynamics) skills.
