  • Proactively manage existing customers to drive delight and revenue.
  • Primary contact for accounts via phone and email.
  • Follow up on leads and onboard new accounts.
  • Pursue upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Maintain customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Meet monthly revenue and activity targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in account management/sales, ideally tech/B2B.
  • Passion for account management with customer experience focus.
  • Ability to listen, understand needs, and respond quickly with multiple accounts.
  • Self motivated and proactive.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
