- Proactively manage existing customers to drive delight and revenue.
- Primary contact for accounts via phone and email.
- Follow up on leads and onboard new accounts.
- Pursue upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Maintain customer interactions in Salesforce.
- Meet monthly revenue and activity targets.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in account management/sales, ideally tech/B2B.
- Passion for account management with customer experience focus.
- Ability to listen, understand needs, and respond quickly with multiple accounts.
- Self motivated and proactive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
