- Strategic account ownership: Own targeted accounts; execute inbound/outbound strategies.
- Full sales cycle management: Lead generation through contract closure.

- Pipeline generation: Build a robust pipeline via outreach and qualified inbound prospects.
- Relationship & rapid closure: Build relationships with decision-makers and close deals quickly.
- Data integrity & forecasting: Maintain CRM data quality and accurate forecasts.
🎯 Requirements
- Native Portuguese and fluent English for clear business communication.
- 2+ years B2B sales; 1+ year lead generation.
- Track record developing greenfield SMB territories and landing net-new logos.
- Build/maintain relationships with senior LOB and C-level executives.
- Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
- Experience with HR/L&D teams; learning software or HR well-being industry.
