  • Strategic account ownership: Own targeted accounts; execute inbound/outbound strategies.
  • Full sales cycle management: Lead generation through contract closure.
  • Revenue achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Pipeline generation: Build a robust pipeline via outreach and qualified inbound prospects.
  • Relationship & rapid closure: Build relationships with decision-makers and close deals quickly.
  • Data integrity & forecasting: Maintain CRM data quality and accurate forecasts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Native Portuguese and fluent English for clear business communication.
  • 2+ years B2B sales; 1+ year lead generation.
  • Track record developing greenfield SMB territories and landing net-new logos.
  • Build/maintain relationships with senior LOB and C-level executives.
  • Hunter mentality with entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
  • Experience with HR/L&D teams; learning software or HR well-being industry.
