• Own scaled engagement for 2,000+ accounts via digital touchpoints.
• Drive activation, retention, and expansion; own GRR and NRR outcomes.
• Build and run the 1:many communication engine for lifecycle emails, Loom, and webinars.
• Experiment with AI and automation to ship quickly with minimal engineering.
• Partner cross-functionally to sharpen the Engagement motion with Product, Marketing, and CS.
• Proactively shape the scaled motion as the book and business grow.

• Data-driven; triage health-score dashboards and plan weekly.
